Organic Etna eggs, like the old days...
Discover the one and only true certified organic egg,
authentic like its land.

Authentic organic eggs, like our land
Every single egg of ours comes from free-range hens, free to move around in their spaces and fed exclusively on certified organic feed.
They live according to the rhythms of nature, with full respect for fishing ban, to ensure the animal's well-being and the quality of the egg.
The scent of straw, the freshness of the countryside, and the simplicity of days gone by can be found in the authentic taste of our eggs.
We harvest them by hand every day, without any treatment, to bring a fresh, wholesome, and reliable product to your table.
The only truly organic one.
Because our eggs are the result of an entirely natural process: free-range hens, 100% organic feed, and respect for the earth’s cycles.
It is not just an egg: it is a true commitment, from the countryside to your kitchen.

Happy hens, better eggs
Our breeding farm respects the natural rhythms of life.
Our hens live outdoors, in spaces ringed by tall woodland trees that give shade in the hottest hours and let the sun through in the cooler ones.
They eat maize, wheat, oats, barley, sorghum, soya, sunflower, broad bean, pea and alfalfa, with wheat middlings worked into bread. In October we sow the grain, so from March to October they find fresh greens to graze.
The night houses have four times the floor area required for organic free-range farms, with chestnut wood perches: they sleep without crowding. That care is where these eggs come from — genuine, rich in nutrients, with a taste of their own.

Growing up well, eating wholesome food
Our organic eggs are ideal for nutrition
of the smallest
The egg is a natural food, rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals essential for growth.
Thanks to its digestibility and the quality of our organic production, it is also perfect for young children.
That is why so many families choose our organic Etna eggs every day: because wholesomeness means trust.

Testimonials
What our families say about us
The first ones are on their way.
We only publish real feedback, signed by people who actually received the eggs. Nothing invented, nothing bought.
How we check them: before publishing one, we make sure whoever wrote it really ordered, against our own orders. Reviews in the shop are a different thing: only customers who have bought can leave one.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to your most common questions
Yes. We collect them three times a day and, right after brushing them by hand, we put them in the fridge at 4 degrees. The eggs that go out on the Thursday run are the ones laid the day before: by law, eggs sold within nine days of laying are the ones called “extra fresh”.
We deliver to Sigonella every Thursday, at the outside entrance of each base. You choose your point at checkout, and each point has its own time window: your confirmation email gives you the date and the window.
Absolutely. The hens live outdoors, free to move around, and are fed natural feed, without the use of antibiotics or hormones.
No subscription is necessary. You can place a single order whenever you prefer, or choose to receive them regularly.
Yes, they are ideal for the whole family. Their wholesomeness makes them perfect for the growth of little ones.
Put it in salted water: a fresh egg tends to settle flat on the bottom, an old one tends to float, because the air chamber inside grows as the egg ages. Once open, the yolk of a fresh egg sits as a dome in the centre, without spots, and the white comes in two parts: a firmer one around the yolk and an outer one, runnier but still compact.
In the fridge, between 4 and 6 degrees. Kept that way, an egg holds its freshness in protein and fat composition for 30 days.
Better not. Raw egg white contains avidin, a glycoprotein that only heat deactivates: raw, it binds the biotin in the yolk and stops it being absorbed. Eggs are more digestible scrambled, poached or soft-boiled, and should not be boiled for long.
