We sell fresh eggs and we hand them to you in person. That is why our policy is not the one you would expect from a shop that sells objects: nothing has to be sent back, but if something is wrong we put it right straight away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We hand the eggs to you in person, at the delivery point or at your door. Open the packs and look at them there, in front of us: that is the moment when we can both see what condition they were in when you took them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a pack is not right, you choose: we replace it on the spot if we have a spare with us, otherwise on the following weekly run; or we refund that part of your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After that the eggs travel with you, and what happens from then on is something we cannot check. That is why the check on the spot matters: it takes you thirty seconds, and it saves you from having to describe something neither of us can verify any more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let us know before the delivery day, by writing to info@ailov.it: we will move your order to the following run, at no cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you do not turn up and have not told us, the product is not kept and is not delivered later: this is fresh food, handed over in person, and the amount is not refunded. In particular cases write to us: we look at them one by one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If we do not deliver on the expected day \u2014 bad weather, something on our side, the base closed \u2014 you can choose between the following run and a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the pack delivered is not the one you ordered, tell the person delivering or write to us: we will sort it out, at no cost to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To the same payment method you used for the order. The refund is issued within 48 hours of our agreeing it; how long it then takes to reach you depends on PayPal or on your bank. Nothing is withheld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The fourteen-day right to change your mind, which applies to distance purchases, does not apply to fresh food, which deteriorates rapidly: Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code excludes it. This takes nothing away from what is written above: if the product is not as it should be, we answer for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
